What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation.

It is therapy with no drugs, medications, injections or tablets used.
Can I become stuck in hypnosis?

No, you can bring yourself out of hypnosis if you chose, you are in total control and aware of what is being said to you at all times.  All hypnosis is self hypnosis.
Am I asleep while in hypnosis?
 
No, you are simply deeply relaxed.

Hypnosis is simply therapy that is conducted while you, is in a deep relaxation.
What does it feel like?

You continue to hear, and be aware of all that is going on around you. In fact your senses are very much heightened while you are in hypnosis. My clients  don't realise that they experience
hypnosis several times a day, when they are relaxing, day dreaming, reading a book, watching T.V. etc.  but of course the depth of relaxation is much deeper and more profound when you are in hypnosis.
Can I be hypnotised against my will?
 
No, absolutely not. Anything suggested to you in hypnosis that goes against your beliefs, morals, needs and ethics will be rejected at once.
